Jeffrey Patrick Treveal passed away unexpectedly on January 27th, 2025 at the age of 67. He was a native to Auburn NY, but spent the last 7 years of his life living in Florida. Jeff was born on July 18th, 1957 in Auburn NY to Dolores and Thomas Treveal. He was married to Dawn Treveal in November of 1991, they were a couple for 25 years and shared two children together.
One of Jeffs most commendable accomplishments was his service to his country. He served in the Navy from September 1976 to September 1980. He was proud to have been a part of the Navy, he also spent many years in the reserves.
He was an accomplished musician, having been in several bands throughout his life. Singing and playing the drums was his way of connecting with the world. Music was Jeffs joy and passion. He had dogs his whole life, he never thought twice about helping a dog in need. The compassion he showed towards animals was inspiring. His beloved goldendoodle, Goldie went everywhere with him.
He was a loving father with a great sense of humor. He enjoyed playing with his kids when they were young and wanted the best for his family. He cherished and loved his kids and grandchildren. He will be forever missed by his family and friends.
Survived by his two children, Chris and Nicole Treveal, his daughter-in-law Tami Treveal (Denson), son-in-law Israel Heyward, his three grandchildren and his brother Stephen Treveal.
Preceded in death by his mother Dolores Treveal, father Thomas Treveal, brother Christopher Treveal and sister Lynn Treveal Brehier.
