The Moravia Central School District Board of Education has approved a separation agreement with its superintendent following his sudden leave of absence last month.
The board approved the agreement with Superintendent John Birmingham at a special meeting June 30, according to .听
Board聽President Neil R. Stevens told 人兽性交聽the board approved an amended version of the agreement. Asked to provide a copy, he said he couldn't and that the separation was "a personnel issue."
人兽性交 has filed a Freedom of Information Law request for the agreement. Minutes from the special meeting are not yet publicly available.

The district announced June 9 that Birmingham, who became Moravia's superintendent in 2016, was taking a voluntary leave effective immediately.听
Stevens also said the leave was "a personnel issue" when declining comment on it to 人兽性交 at the time, and Birmingham declined comment as well.
A FOIL request by 人兽性交 for records of any investigations or disciplinary actions involving Birmingham was denied by the district, which said such records would constitute an invasion of personal privacy and are intra-agency records that are "not聽statistical or factual information, instructions to staff that affect the public, final agency policy or determinations, or external audits."
The Moravia board of education聽appointed Concetta Galvan as the district's acting superintendent at a meeting last month.
The Trump administration has moved to freeze $6.8 billion in education funds nationwide, with at least $811 million of that from California.听 The grants, allocated by Congress, were intended for programs such as English language learning, after-school and summer activities, and adult literacy.听 The administration said the freeze is part of an effort to ensure spending aligns with President Donald Trump鈥檚 priorities.听 Officials have stressed that no final decision had been made on releasing the funds, citing instances of expenditures that may breach policy.听 鈥淭he Department remains committed to ensuring taxpayer resources are spent in accordance with the President鈥檚 priorities and the Department鈥檚 statutory responsibilities,鈥 the US Department of Education said in a statement. Schools and day camp providers warn that the freeze could harm low-income families this summer and into fall. Programs had expected the funds by July 1, but the department announced the money would be withheld pending a review.听 Critics argue the freeze disrupts planned programs and staffing already budgeted. California State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Thurmond called the move 鈥渨orse than we imagined,鈥 saying it is 鈥渋llegal鈥 and will immediately harm students.听
