• Tahj M. Cuozzo, 27, of Geneva, was charged April 19 with driving while intoxicated first offense and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content level of .08 of 1% first offense.
• Joshua A. Giancola, 32, of Brutus, was charged April 21 with petit larceny.
• Ginger D. Gilday, 29, of Skaneateles, was charged April 20 with third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle.

• Thomas F. Poirier, 23, of Auburn, was charged April 19 with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny.
• Destiny O. Hernandez, 19, of Brooklyn, was charged April 19 in Moravia with second-degree promoting prison contraband.
• Ginger D. Gilday, 29, of Skaneateles, was charged April 19 with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within the last 10 years, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and aggravated DWI for operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content level of at least .18 of 1% with a previous conviction within the last 10 years.
• Craig D. Hawkinson, 45, of Baldwinsville, was charged April 21 in Meridian with driving while intoxicated first offense and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content level of at least .08 of 1% first offense.
Onondaga County Sheriff's Office
• Joseph C. DeWitt, 31, of Skaneateles, was charged April 11 with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
