• Emily C. House, 32, of Phoenix, was charged April 28 with falsely reporting an incident.
• Jacob D. Heintz, 26, of Auburn, was charged April 26 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
• Marjorie A. Jones, 57, of Auburn, was charged April 28 with fourth-degree grand larceny (value of property more than $1,000), fourth-degree welfare fraud and misuse of food stamps (more than $1,000).

• Tiffany Kristen Eckley, 32, was charged April 28 in Elbridge with first-degree unlawful dealing with a child (alcohol) and prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage.
