An Auburn woman who was arrested after police found cocaine in her home received probation in Cayuga County Court on Tuesday.
Christina M. McQueeney, 36, was sentenced that morning by Judge Jon Budelmann to five years of probation for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (a Class B felony).
Cayuga County District Attorney's Office Special Counsel Mark Moody told 人兽性交 after court that in April, the Auburn Police Department conducted a traffic stop on McQueeney's boyfriend, Robert Barnes, and found about half an ounce of cocaine in his vehicle. A warrant was executed at their residence later that day, and about 4 ounces of cocaine was found there.聽
Moody said McQueeney acted as an accomplice to Barnes by possessing drugs in their home that he intended to sell.
Barnes聽was also charged in April with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (a Class A felony) and pleaded guilty, but has not been sentenced yet.
McQueeney's attorney, Norm Chirco, told 人兽性交 his client was "caught up in the system and will never be seen inside of a courthouse unless she's there to support someone in the future."
"She'll sail through probation," he said. "She's a good person."
